4. Platform Access and Use

4.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Domain grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written consent from Domain
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the platform or its underlying software
Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, extract, or index platform content
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its associated infrastructure
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Collecting or harvesting any personal information from other users without their explicit consent
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any portion of the platform or its content

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, graphics, audio recordings, course structures, branding, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Domain or its content contributors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited Licence

Your purchase of or access to a course or masterclass grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and engage with the course content solely for your own educational use. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and does not permit any commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of the content.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including comments, questions, or feedback, you grant Domain a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed on the platform in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Domain reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the change.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting a payment, you authorize Domain and its payment processor to charge the total amount for your selected purchase. Domain does not store your full payment card details on its servers.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase. Where required by law, applicable taxes may be added to your total at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. In general, refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and before significant course progress may be considered at Domain's discretion. Digital content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded is generally non-refundable.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Domain. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. 9. Disclaimers

The platform and all content provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Domain does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Domain does not guarantee that the educational content will produce any specific outcomes or results for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Domain expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domain, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

In no event shall Domain's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Domain in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Domain and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, your use of the platform, your submission of content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Domain reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if you are found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner harmful to the platform, its users, or Domain's interests.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any associated content will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
